About Leafcrafted
We have been a trusted manufacturer of artificial plants in China since 2007, proudly operating two self-built factories located in Yiwu (our headquarters) and Dongguan. Our dedicated team specializes in crafting high-quality artificial trees, green wall panels, succulents, fiberglass flower pots, artificial lawns, and artificial hedges.
As we only offer products made in our own facilities, we are able to maintain careful control over quality, packaging, and production timelines — ensuring every detail meets your expectations.

We have 2 self-owned factories in China, located in Yiwu, Dongguan.
Headquartered in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China. It mainly produces Premium Artificial Plants and Artificial Plants Wall Panels, Outdoor UV Protected & Fire Retardant Plants.
Branch in Dongguan City, producing Artificial Big Trees and Artificial Grass
On-site or online video observation can be arranged, provided that you schedule an appointment with us at least 7 working days in advance.
Airport：
Dongguan：The nearest Airport to our factory is Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. (50 minutes drive to our factory)
Yiwu：The nearest Airport to our factory is Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. (60 minutes drive to our factory)
If you come to visit our factory, we will arrange a special vehicle for you and have champagne ready. Our export director, Klaus (Klaus@Leafcrafted.com), will personally meet you at the airport.
About OEM/ODM Services
Absolutely! Many of Leafcrafted’s clients have great ideas but lack the right factory partner to bring them to life. We love working closely with your sketches or samples to turn them into real products. You’ll always get a pre-production sample to approve before we start bulk production — so you stay in control.
We know new markets always carry risks, so Leafcrafted is flexible with small trial orders. For most items, we accept 200–500 pieces. If you have a special project that needs a new mold, we’ll discuss the best starting quantity and even refund the mold fee once your repeat orders grow.
Of course! Many buyers send us Pantone codes, real samples, or photos. Our team checks every detail, from leaf shape to color gradient, and we always adjust until you’re happy.
About Materials & Safety
Leafcrafted use the materials meet EU REACH and ROHS standards. For projects that need extra safety — like shopping malls or hotels — we can add flame-retardant or UV-resistant treatments. We understand how important durability and safety are, especially for public installations.
At this point, we use UV-protected raw materials and special spray coatings for outdoor ranges. On average, they stay vivid for 3–5 years outdoors. Indoors, you won’t see fading for many more years.
We know strong smells can be a concern. Leafcrafted products are air-dried and odor-tested before packing, ensuring they arrive completely free of pungent odors.
About Lead Time & Shipping
Sample time is usually 5-7 days. Bulk orders depend on order size — normally 25–40 days. We always keep you updated with photos and videos, so you can follow production in real time.
We ship worldwide — full container loads, LCL, air freight, or express courier for urgent orders. Many of our buyers prefer to use their own forwarders, and that’s fine too. If needed, we can recommend trusted shipping agents with competitive rates.
Absolutely! We help many clients consolidate various SKU into one shipment to save cost and simplify customs clearance.
About Pricing & Payment
We always keep prices fair and clear. Our quotes depend on raw material costs, order volume, packaging needs, and labor. We update you honestly if material prices fluctuate — no hidden costs.
Most clients choose T/T: 40% deposit and balance before shipment （For the first cooperation ）. We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders and PayPal for small sample payments. We’re happy to discuss what works best for you.
Only if your design needs a brand-new mold. We’ll quote the exact mold cost in advance — and once your orders reach a certain quantity, we refund it back. Many long-term partners enjoy free mold upgrades as their collections grow.
About Quality & After-Sales
Our QC process checks raw materials, each production step, and final packaging. We send inspection photos or videos for your approval before shipment. If you prefer, you’re welcome to send a third-party inspector too.
Leafcrafted stands behind every product we make. If you find any defect caused by us, we’ll replace or refund for the defective part. Long-term partners trust us because we take responsibility seriously.
Always welcome! Many clients visit our factory every year. For buyers who can’t come in person, we offer live video tours and real-time inspection calls — so you can check every corner without flying over.
